Executive Director
laurieg@triallawyerscollege.comI was hired as the Executive Director in August 2009 and was honored to be the first non-lawyer to graduate from TLC with my classmates in the September class of ’09. I am a Wyoming native, born and raised in Cheyenne, with my own home in Jackson. I spend as much of my summer months as I can living in a log cabin in the Wind River Mountains that was built in 1917 and still has no electricity. It keeps me grounded and reminds me of my roots. In my career, I have been privileged to serve as a U. S. Senate Legislative Assistant for Wyoming Senator Alan K. Simpson and later as a Presidential Appointee to the U. S. Environmental Protection Agency. Before joining the TLC tribe, I worked for a number of years as a political strategist and advocate for private property owners and injured oil field workers. I now look forward to applying the TLC methods in my work for the College as well as in my personal life. I am an avid reader, a world traveler, a fierce Scrabble player, a hiker extraordinaire, a lousy fly-fisherman, a lover of animals especially my pet rabbits, a good aunt and a good daughter.
